TWEA provide number of capacity building programs to cater for women challenges in leadership including: Leadership Trainings for Women Led Organization, TWEA- Cooperative Industrial Module for women in Industries, TWEA- ISHI Happiness Movement for women from Tanzania and Beyond. We also conduct Book Writing Skills and TV Talk shows.
Our Objectives
TWEA objective is to collect and share the founder’s life journey of success to other women by providing and imparting the necessary knowledge, experience and skills that the founder had acquired by managing the institution she has worked with for 10yrs through Training other women for their organization/compay development while creating legacy in the society

Our mission is to organize practical workshop that will guide women in leadership, management and Happiness through TWEA defined training structures to achieve both the Social- Economic empowerment in the area they are working and women having a happy life.
